Find a single adjective to describe your time management. What are the time robbers that keep you from accomplishing your objectives? What can you do to eliminate or reduce these situations?

R - Organized, during my shift my 'time robbers' are the people who wants to talk to me about their life and me as a supervisor i have to listen to them and it does not matter if im behind i have to dedicate time to them. Basically there is not much that i can i do. Maybe i could just let them know in a polite way that i dobt have enough time.

Post 7: Analyze yourself and think about your behavior. Describe positive acts that promote empathetic communications as well as negative behavior that needs to be improved.

Taking into consideration my behavior at work i came with the following findings:

Positive things:

I do all i can to promote 'Team Work'.
I lead by example.
I analize things prior taking a decission.
I search for new ways to improve my team's performance
I keep a connection with my team, i care about them and they care about me.

Things to improve:

I tend to be very perfectionist.
Sometimes i lack of patience.
Sometimes i put my work first and then me.

Post #6: difference between leadership and manipulation.

The difference between: leadership and manipulation.

You can easily tell when someone wants to help you no strings attached, you will be thankful and you will trust on that person you will see him/her as a good leader, as a friend and you will develop that sense of care for that other person.

But if instead you do something good for other people just because you will get something in exchange at some point that person will realize that you never did something to really help her/him, you may be a leader but nobody will see you as a leader, you will lose your co-workers  trust and at the end you will end up without a group to lead.

Post 5: 5 assertive rights and how i practice them.

I have the right to make mistakes: We all need & must make mistakes in order to grow as person, we will learn from them and we have to move on and be better every day.

I have the right to judge my own behavior: As human I have to know myself, accept me as I am, take my own decisions and if that doesn’t work out as I want I can learn from it.

I have the right to change my mind: I can change my mind as many times as I want, as a human being I learn something new every day and using that information I can choose what’s best for me.

I have the right to say ‘No’: Nobody should tell me what to do, I know myself and what I am capable of, if I don’t want to do or say something I can say NO and nobody should question me about it.

I have the right to be as I am: As long as I respect everybody else I can be myself, I can do whatever I want, whenever I want and with whoever I want.

Post 4: Write about the different types of self-esteem applied to your own experience.

Types of Self-Esteem.

There are three types of self-esteem, the first one will be:

High Self-Esteem: This people show a really high confidence with themselves, they think they are capable of everything they want and this is because their environment help them to develop as person in a professional and
Second, is medium / Average esteem: This is basically when people know what they can do and why they can’t, they are aware of their strengths and weaknesses, they will take risks that they know they can achieve.
Third, Low esteem: These people tend to be negative, they focus on the bad things about them and other people, they are pessimist and usually this comes from their fear to failure.

From my own experience I can say I have known a lot of different people and I have friends with really high self-esteem and also I have friends with really low self-esteem, from my personal point of view I will say I have medium/average self-esteem, I know what can I do and what I am capable of.

What types of customers have you actually dealt with? How have you handled these situations?.

All type of customers, basically when you answer calls for more than a year you get to work with all tye of people.

If customer is angry you want to empathize and be fast.
If customer is happy you can build rapport.
If customer  is in a hurry you have to be fast and quick.

In every call you have to follow procedures, do things as you have to.

Post 2: Publish 2 paragraphs on your personal thoughts about the importance of non-verbal communication.

This type of comunication is very important if not the most important fact when you are a customer service representative over the phone since customers arent with you, they cannot see you, you just have to use your voice, you have to sound happy, friendly secure and confident.

Post 1: Investigate other types of customers you may have to deal with and how to treat them.

Your document was really good since you covered almost all types of customers, most of the times you get people who doesnt know how the system/service works, if you are polite, fast and accurate you wont have any problems.

Because customers usually look for people that cre about them and to get things done within a rational timeframe, also they dont want to keep calling for the same thing over and over again.
