The difference between:
leadership and manipulation.
You can easily tell when
someone wants to help you no strings attached, you will be thankful and you
will trust on that person you will see him/her as a good leader, as a friend
and you will develop that sense of care for that other person.
But if instead you do
something good for other people just because you will get something in exchange
at some point that person will realize that you never did something to really
help her/him, you may be a leader but nobody will see you as a leader, you will
lose your co-workers trust and at the
end you will end up without a group to lead.
